Personal Trainer

Personal Training: After a full consultation, an exercise programme will be designed for you. Then, you will have the opportunity to tell us what your needs are. At each session, your personal trainer will check that you are performing your programme correctly, and advise any amendments to your programme.

Beauty Therapy:  We also offer manicures, pedicures and waxing by our beauty therapist.

Clinic Memberships:  To augment your initial treatments, we offer 6-12 week programmes, annual memberships or you can use the clinic’s facilities on a pay per session basis.

Other Facilities:  Sauna sessions can be booked in blocks of 5 sessions.  We also offer body fat tests

Assessments:  We offer a free assessments for joint and muscular problems.  We will then recommend a treatment programme for you.

Rehabilitation & Back Care programmes: run for 6 weeks and can be run as small groups (to guarantee a high level of one on one work), or individually.  During the sessions, we teach various exercises that will guarantee clients will be free from back pain, whilst creating a flatter stomach and reducing weight.

We also run 6-12 week courses in weight loss, and body toning.
